Altar Servers

The mission of Altar Servers is to minister at God’s altar with reverence, fidelity and love.  Altar Servers assist the celebrant during the liturgy.  Participation in this ministry is a special privilege that requires reverence, teamwork, prayer, commitment, responsibility and a willingness to serve.   Families are encouraged to join together to bear witness that all ages are called to serve.

Students in the 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade are eligible to become Altar Servers and may serve through their Senior year in high school. The Altar Server Ministry is a great way to serve our parish community.

Altar Servers are welcome to serve the parish as Eucharistic Ministers during their high school years and beyond.
