Our Mass of Thanksgiving will take place on Thursday, November 28 at 8:00 AM. Due to predicted weather conditions, Bishop Vann will NOT be presiding.

Loaves of bread will be available after all Masses this weekend for a donation of $4. All proceeds go to St. John's Breadline.

Join us on Monday, November 25 at Barnes & Noble for our Polar Express event starting at 5:00 PM. Blessed Sacrament School Kindergarten and first grade classes will perform and there will be a scavenger hunt, storytime and hot chocolate. A percentage of all purchases made that day will benefit the Blessed Sacrament School Library.

The Advent Penance Service for Blessed Sacrament, Christ the King and St. Agnes parishes will take place on December 10 at 7:00 PM at Blessed Sacrament. All are welcome.

For the month of November, each time a reusable bag is purchased at our local Hy-Vee, $1 will be donated to Blessed Sacrament School (unless otherwise directed by the customer). Thank you to Hy-Vee for their support!

Illinois Tax Credit Scholarship Program - Are you interested in helping B.S.S. students with financial need while qualifying for a 75% Illinois income tax credit for yourself under the Invest in Kids Act? Please join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday, December 11 at 6:30 in the school conference room to see how you can help provide scholarships to needy students and benefit from the 75% Illinois tax credit. The Men's Club will be sponsoring the event and providing drinks and snacks. Step by step instructions will be provided for participating in this beneficial program for B.S.S..
