No certifications or education required, just a willing heart, a smile and patience.   To “bring the Good News to the afflicted”, and “visit those who are in prison” (bible study, retreats, Men’s group).  For those who do cannot go into the prison they can pray, write letters and birthday cards, provide RCIA support, and volunteer in the peer education program in this diocese.
